Abstract
The Green Workforce Initiative for Asia launched last April 15, with industry leaders from the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam endorsing the regional effort to identify essential skills and close competency gaps in rooftop, solar+battery and floating solar development.
This initiative aims to fast-track the energy transition while creating new job opportunities across Southeast Asia.
