【Important Notice】About how SNEC PV+ Exhibitors and Visitors Can Access the Exhibition Area"

Abstract

Dear SNEC PV+ Exhibitors and Visitors,

 

To ensure smooth entry into the exhibition area for all exhibitors and visitors attending the SNEC 17th (2024) International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Exhibition & Conference (SNEC PV+ 2024), scheduled for June 13-15, 2024, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (No. 333 Songze Avenue, Qingpu District, Shanghai), it is mandatory for all exhibitors and visitors to complete pre-registration in advance and bring along valid identification documents (overseas visitors must present passports, visitors from Hong Kong and Macao must present Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and visitors from Taiwan must present Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents) in original to gain entry through the gates.

For exhibitors and visitors who have not completed pre-registration in advance or fail to bring valid identification documents, the following on-site procedures will be implemented:

 

  1. Exhibitors and visitors without valid identification documents must undergo identity verification on-site and pay a registration fee of 50 RMB/person (valid for the duration of the exhibition) to obtain a new QR code for entry through the gates.

 

  1. Exhibitors and visitors who have not completed pre-registration but have valid identification documents must complete registration procedures on-site and pay a registration fee of 50 RMB/person (valid for the duration of the exhibition). Entry can be granted by scanning a valid ID card or presenting a passport.
